Leone Noble & Seate, LLP was formed in 2006 by Raleigh-based attorney, Elizabeth Leone Noble, the former managing partner of Hardison & Leone, LLP. Beth is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubble and she decided to start her current firm based on a vision that the client deserved exceptional legal competence coupled with a delivery of client service that could not be rivaled by other companies. She teamed up with Jennifer Seate and they entered into a partnership that focused on their unwavering goal of helping injured victims achieve justice.

In 2009, Leone Noble & Seate expanded their practice areas to include bankruptcy, estate law and business law in addition to personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
