Raleigh NC attorney, Carridy Bender M. Carridy Bender, Partner

Carridy is also a partner in the firm and is head of the firm’s litigation division. Carridy has developed an impeccable reputation in North Carolina for aggressively trying her cases and she has an impressive win-record under her belt. While the goal of the firm is to attempt all means to settle quickly and fairly, the firm also has a commitment to take cases to Court if they are unable to fairly resolve the claim for their client. Once negotiations fail, the case is then handled by Carridy and her trial team to make sure that the client’s rights are fully protected.

Carridy grew up in Burlington, N.C. and later moved to Spartanburg, S.C. to attend high school. After high school, Carridy went to college at the University of Tennessee and attended law school at Campbell University. Both Carridy’s parents are educators; her mother is Assistant Superintendent and her father is head football coach of the high school Carridy attended. Carridy’s brother is a pilot for Continental/Express Jet. Carridy met her husband, Mike, in law school and he now practices domestic law in Garner, North Carolina. Carridy and Mike live in Raleigh with their two dogs Neyland and Kenan.
